Case studies
After receiving notice, the learner completed Case Studio in twelve days. The chronology template surfaced three prior emails that contradicted the “performance” rationale. Counsel used that pack in a Kündigungsschutzklage; the client later settled with a negotiated Abfindung. Limitation noted by the learner: our coaching did not predict the settlement figure — only structured the facts that made negotiation possible.
The Orientation Call clarified that Kündigungsschutz did not yet apply in full. Instead of filing a doomed Klage, the learner used the Evidence Pack Workshop to document overtime patterns and negotiate a short extension plus reference letter. Mild reservation from the learner: the Clinic’s settlement modules assumed longer tenure than they had, so those sessions felt less transferable.
