Refund policy

Eligibility

Refund requests apply to paid Orientation Call, Case Studio, or Continuity Desk engagements confirmed by invoice. Free informational browsing on this site has no fees to refund.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment if no live coaching session has occurred and downloadable Clinic materials have not been accessed. After the first live session, partial refunds may be available as described below.

Full and partial refunds

If you cancel before any session and before accessing materials, we refund 100% of the program fee. If you cancel after one Case Studio session, we refund 50% of the Case Studio fee. Continuity Desk cancellations after week two are assessed case by case based on unused check-ins, typically up to 30% of the remaining unused portion.

Non-refundable items

Completed Orientation Calls are non-refundable once the call has taken place. Custom document reviews already delivered, third-party scheduling fees, and bank transfer charges are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@logicstorage-hub.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether the request qualifies under this policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days before funds appear.

Cancellation

You may reschedule a live session once with at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Late cancellations without notice count as a delivered session for refund calculations. We may cancel a cohort for instructor illness; in that case you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer cooling-off rights under German and EU law apply where relevant and prevail over this policy if they grant you stronger protection. Programs sold as immediate digital delivery with your prior express consent may limit withdrawal once materials are unlocked, as permitted by law.
