Data we collect

If you enroll in a program, we may also process scheduling notes and coaching artifacts you choose to share.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to inquiries, deliver educational services, improve site performance, and meet legal obligations. Bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a secure website, consent for optional analytics cookies, and legal duties where applicable under GDPR and German law.

Retention

Contact form messages are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an ongoing engagement or legal claim. Coaching records for enrolled learners are retained for the duration of the program plus three years for quality and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymized. Server logs are typically rotated within ninety days.

Recipients

We use infrastructure and email providers bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data. Independent lawyers you engage are separate controllers for any data you share with them directly.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary measures where required.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
